Third Call for Proposals from Switzerland (SECO)

This Call builds on previous calls and focuses specifically on foreign direct investment (FDI) projects that create lasting economic value in Ukraine. By supporting viable investments, Switzerland aims to help accelerate recovery while fostering sustainable growth, job creation, and economic transformation. The Call focuses on co-financing investment projects for the provision of goods and/or services for the benefit of the Ukrainian economy and its citizens. Projects will be implemented by Swiss companies through their Ukrainian subsidiaries and will remain long-term assets in Ukraine.
This website and the respective documents outline how Swiss companies with a legal entity in Ukraine can submit project proposals.
Key parameters:
Total available funding from SECO: Up to CHF 50 million
SECO contribution per per project: Between CHF 3 million and CHF 10 million, up to max. 50% of total project costs
Applicants must finance at least 50% of the total project costs
Projects are expected to be implemented within a maximum timeframe of five years (till end of 2031)
This Call for Proposals is open for the submission of projects from 27 May 2026 to 20 September 2026 (17:00 CET). Submissions received after the deadline will not be considered. Applications are to be submitted exclusively through the online application portal (see below), available on this website.
Please note: SECO will not answer questions individually during the application process. Questions can be submitted through the application portal by 28 June 2026. Questions and answers will be published anonymously and publicly on this Webpage under the section «Documents» on 15 July 2026. Before submitting a question, please check whether it has already been answered in the «Frequently Asked Questions» under the documents section.
