Bpifrance Ukraine Risk Mitigation & Financing Programme

Ukrainian- and EU-registered companies may apply for financial support for projects in the dual-use sector. To apply for a credit facility, a company is typically required to submit a project description, including a business plan and a financial model outlining the required investment, projected revenues, and the proposed loan repayment schedule. Prior to any financing decision, the relevant financial institution will request the company to submit the necessary project and financial documentation, including audited financial statements demonstrating its ability to generate revenues and service debt.
